Heritage Valley:
For Unturned Washington best base locations look no further than Heritage Valley. This location is tucked away in a corner of the map but still close to some of the best loot locations the map has to offer. Get ranger gear from Heritage Valley itself and military gear from Olympia Military Base just down the river. You can base in the hills around the complex for high ground and a good view of your surroundings. The locations marked on the map above are some of the best spots that contain a clearing in the trees near or on some of the highest peaks of the hills. Expect some experienced players to traffic the area in search of ranger gear, but generally, you will find it to be the quietest location in the vicinity of Olympia Military Base.
Paradise Point:
Looking to distance yourself from the experienced players stalking Olympia Military Base but still want access to lots of military gear? Paradise Point is the place for you. Far away from Olympia and Seattle, this is one of the least trafficked areas on the map. It has a lot of trees and valleys to hide your base within or hills to set up on to monitor your surrounding terrain. What really makes Paradise Point a great location is the variety of loot you can find there. It has ample military gear but also a little bit of every single kind of loot spawn. The medical tent will give you medical supplies like med kits and antibiotics. The camping tents will contain campground loot like canteens, compasses, and axes. The bunk beds in the hanger will spawn various city loot like clothing, backpacks, and binoculars. Not to mention it has a large concentration of metal rocks to mine in the area. It’s a great place to quietly build up your base and stock it up with military gear and various odds and ends without having to worry as much about a player in spec ops gear gunning you down as you would at Olympia Military Base.
Scorpion-7:
If you want more Unturned Washington best base locations, try building near Scorpion-7. This location is, again, nestled in a corner of the map. The biggest draw to living in the woods and hills around this location would be the fact it spawns the Shadowstalker railgun. Those tough guys over at Olympia Military Base won’t know what hit them when they get sniped at by your railgun from the hills. Build a nice tower and sentry your land with your Shadowstalker from any of the hills around Scorpion-7. While the Shadowstalker is the highlight of this location, you can also get food and water from the main lobby, as well as lots of medicine and chemicals from the main rooms. There is also a small military loot spawn just down the road at the tunnel. If you’re a fan of one-shot sniping, Scorpion-7 is the location for you.
Bellevue Golf Course:
Finally, we get to the last corner of the Washington map. Bellevue Golf Course is a base builder’s dream. With large flat areas without trees, you can build large, nice-looking fortresses to guard your country club. After all, this is your private golf course now. Use the metal rocks in the surrounding hills to farm a lot of metal for your impenetrable castle. The crashed military helicopter in the top left corner will supply you with some military loot as well. Go there on a full moon and you can farm a lot of gear and experience without being bothered very often by other players, especially if they see your large fortress looming nearby. While you might have to travel to find more ample supplies of loot, at least you can park your vehicle safely in your large base. If you feel like showing off those base-building skills, give Bellevue golf course a try for your next base!
Olympia Military Base:
A fitting place to end our Unturned Washington best base locations list would be at Olympia Military Base. A fair warning, this location isn’t for those who want a peaceful existence. However, if you’re looking for a lot of action and being around all the best loot locations on the map, this is the place to be. Pick some high ground and set up a base that you plan to fight from and defend with your life. Plan for building plenty of shooting perches to fight from because you’ll be seeing a lot of players. Beware of the people sitting at your door waiting for you to come out as well. Make sure that you can survey your exits before leaving your base and have more than one way in and out. What makes this location great is there will never be a dull moment or a lack of good loot to be found. Some of the good loot you will get will probably be from the corpses of other players, this is the apocalypse after all!
