What are the Unturned PEI Best Base Locations?
The Unturned PEI best base locations are Summerside Military Base, Confederation Bridge, Holman Isle, Cape Rock, and Belfast Airport. These PEI locations are near some key areas of the map where you will be in close proximity to the best loot. The goal is to find a place near the loot you want while balancing your desired playstyle. Explore our list of locations for crucial information on nearby loot, player traffic, and terrain analysis!
Summerside Military Base
Summerside Military Base is the place to be on the PEI map. All the best loot and vehicles spawn here, as well as a mega zombie. Get high-tier military weapons and clothing and be ready to fight it out against both the living and the undead. The base itself is rimmed with a circle of hills. The peaks of the hills are perfect to build a fortress on to survey the surrounding area and ambush anyone else looking to get great loot inside the base. The hills also have metal rock nodes to farm metal to build your base faster. Any other basic loot you need can be found in the nearby town of Stratford.
With all of this amazing loot and being the best of the Unturned PEI base locations comes competition from other players. This location is perfect if you are ready to fight for what is yours and take what isn’t. If PVP is your cup of tea then have a blast basing at Summerside Military Base.
Confederation Bridge
For another one of Unturned PEI best base locations, we head to Confederation Bridge. Confederate Bridge also has military gear spawns like Summerside Military Base, however, it has significantly fewer item spawns. It is right down the road from the military base, so you can make trips there just as easily. It is also worth mentioning that Confederate Bridge has a medical tent that will supply you with medical supplies. This makes it an excellent second option if living in the hills around Summerside Military Base is a little too much heat for you. There will still be plenty of players in the area but it won’t be the warzone that the military base can be at times.
Holman Isle
Not a fan of living on a battlefield? Want a nice secluded location that still has access to some quality weapons? Holeman Isle is the place you should consider building your base then. It is a nice island in the southwest corner of the map that will see significantly less foot traffic than the areas around the military base. While it doesn’t have any military loot, the compound on Holman Isle contains plenty of ranger loot spawns. Make camp here, gear up like a bandit, and adventure out to fight elsewhere on the map!
Cape Rock
Maybe you enjoy building a nice base out of the way in a safe location. These qualities are what make Cape Rock one of the Unturned PEI Best Base Locations. Cape Rock has a ton of metal rock nodes that you can mine to get loads of metal to build a huge fortress. The beaches and hills on the cape are perfect for this. Being a peninsula, the area is easily defensible and offers a great view of the area. Stratford has plenty of basic loot that you can head into town for. When you’re ready for a more dangerous quest head out to Summerside Military Base and see what goodies you can bring home!
Belfast Airport
For new players and those looking to stay out of the PVP-heavy areas, we recommend building a base at Belfast Airport. The area is away from the high-tier loot spawns and is not visited by heavily geared players often. The airport does have plenty of basic civilian loot for you to scavenge. The police zombies there will drop heaps of civilian ammo to keep you stocked up for your lower-tier guns. The nearby locations contain similarly lower tier gear and you can easily make trips without too much trouble. Belfast even has a gas spawn to fuel your vehicle so you can drive to other parts of the map. Maybe you will even get lucky and snag yourself an airplane!
